Developed an educational platform for UNT preparation

We created an online UNT preparation platform for a network of private schools.

Create a convenient educational platform for online UNT preparation.

The leaders of the KursAnt group of companies came to us with a request to develop a new educational platform for school students.

At that moment they already had a strong ecosystem: 2 private schools, an offline UNT preparation center and their own TestAnt IT testing system, which we had developed earlier.

The company was actively growing and entering a new stage: launching an online school for UNT preparation. For this, they needed a convenient and clear platform that would combine learning, testing and interaction with students in one place.

Designed an educational platform with integration of all key learning tools.

The learning format in KursAnt Online is hybrid. Students watch prepared video lessons, but every week they also participate in live sessions with teachers and reviews of complex topics.

After each lesson, there are homework assignments and tests to consolidate the material.

Our task was to bring all of this into one system so that the student would not jump between different services. We designed the platform so the entire learning process is inside: from watching lessons to completing assignments and taking tests.

We paid special attention to the calendar. It displays all activities: live streams, lesson deadlines, tests and important events. This helps students keep pace and stay in the process.

We also implemented Google Meet integration so that a student can join an online lesson directly from the platform in one click, without extra actions.

In the end, the system unites all student tools in one place.

We built a single space where a student can study, track progress and not get lost across different services. Inside the platform, we implemented a calendar that shows all activities: lessons, live sessions, deadlines, homework, tests and important events.

We also built convenient transitions to testing, including integration with TestAnt, the second KursAnt product. Because of this, the student does not feel a separation between systems and works in one learning logic.

During design, we separately laid opportunities for the further development of the KursAnt ecosystem. It was important that the platform not only solved current tasks, but could scale and integrate with other company products.

The result is not just a tool for online learning, but a foundation for a single educational ecosystem that combines learning, testing and analytics in one space.

KursAnt already had several directions: offline schools, testing, online learning, and all of this had to be connected into one clear logic. If this is not done, over time everything starts falling into pieces.

We approached the project as a system: analyzed the processes, identified key points of student interaction with the product and assembled everything into one structure.

It was important not to overload the user. The student should have a clear scenario: enter, see the plan and take action. Without extra transitions or confusion.

At the same time, we laid the foundation for scaling. We understood from the start that this was not the final product, but part of a future ecosystem, so we built the architecture and processes with reserve.

In the end, we got a manageable system where the user is comfortable and the business can grow without constant manual control.
