We created a platform that combines everything coffee lovers need: beans, coffee machines, grinders, as well as repair and equipment rental services.

Develop a single platform for coffee lovers that covers the key needs in this niche.

An entrepreneur with more than 10 years of experience in the coffee business came to us. He already had 3 companies in this field and wanted to combine all his products and services into one platform under the Caldi brand, named after the person who, according to legend, discovered coffee in the 9th century.

The idea was simple but large-scale: make a convenient online marketplace where a user can enter and find everything related to coffee without searching across different websites.

A separate focus was ease of entry. Registration had to be as simple as possible so the user could get into the product immediately without unnecessary barriers.

Inside the platform, several areas were planned at once: selling beans, renting and repairing equipment, and a knowledge base with articles and useful content for coffee fans.

Designed an all-in-one platform for coffee lovers with easy authorization and a clear interface.

One of the client’s key requirements was easy access to the system. We implemented SMS confirmation authorization: the clearest and most reliable method for users, without extra passwords and spontaneous errors. We chose Mobizon as the provider, which helped optimize message sending costs.

The second important block was the interface. The platform combines different services: marketplace, rental, repair and content. In essence, this is super-app logic, and the main difficulty was making sure the user does not get lost. We built the structure so everything is intuitive: the user enters and immediately understands where to buy beans, order repair or read articles. No overload and no unnecessary actions.

We also implemented an internal balance system. As part of the referral program, users receive bonuses for invited friends, which are credited to an account inside the platform and can be used in the service.

The result is a product where everything is gathered in one place while remaining simple and clear for the user.

The result is a platform that is genuinely convenient to enter and stay in.

The user no longer needs to jump between different websites and services. Everything related to coffee is gathered in one place: want to buy beans, need equipment repair or rental, everything is nearby without unnecessary actions or searching.

Because of simple authorization, people enter the product faster, and thanks to the thought-out interface, they do not get lost inside. This strongly affects engagement: the user does not just enter once, but starts returning and using the platform as a familiar tool. The referral system and internal balance further strengthened growth: users started bringing new people themselves, and the platform gradually began to live its own life.

In the end, this is not just a website or service, but a clear and convenient ecosystem for the coffee audience that can scale further and acquire new functions without losing usability.

In this project, it was important for us to combine several different directions in one product and still preserve a feeling of simplicity for the user.

We paid special attention to the interface structure and user journey. It was important to build screens so that different sections would not feel like separate products glued together, but so the whole platform would be perceived as a single clear ecosystem.

As a result, we got a service that covers several needs of the coffee audience at once, while remaining easy to use and ready for further growth.
